*Single room options at The Dreaming House are not available. However, we have secured a second location called Villa Las Campanas, which is 2 blocks from The Dreaming House. Villa Las Campanas is also a beautiful space, that is run by the same family that runs The Dreaming House. Part of our staff will be staying at Villas Campanas, so you will always be accompanied, and we will be there to offer any guidance, help, or support.

Included in the trip are your lodging, meals, park entrances, all teachings during the event, and your group transportation to and from Mexico City airport at designated times. We will also have a great “fiesta” to celebrate the end of the trip, so bring your party clothes!
If you register now, a $500.00 deposit will secure your placement in this event; the remaining balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the trip.
HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
We are asking all of our participants to adhere to the following guidelines:
Before the retreat:
Follow all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limit exposure to COVID-19.
During the retreat:
Reinforce personal hygiene (hand hygiene and cough etiquette) throughout the event.
Provide guests with increased access to hygiene materials such as tissues, masks, and hand sanitizer stations.
Closely monitor employee health.
The hotel is also doing its best to adhere to high standards of sanitizing, cleaning, and disinfecting all hard surfaces, rooms, and public areas.
Above all, common sense.
CANCELATION POLICY
Our most important focus is to maintain the safety of our community, and we are keeping ourselves in the know of any updates and news of COVID-19.
We will honor the following policy:
Your deposit is non-refundable. However, it is transferable to some of the events that involve the Ruiz Family. Please inquire if you are curious about which events can have deposits transferred between them.
Your remaining balance is fully refundable.
We highly encourage you to get travel insurance for your flight ticket. “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage is usually an add-on feature to a trip insurance policy.

Important Dates and Times
December 1, 2022: Full Balance paid for the trip
December 28, 2022: Arrive at Mexico City Airport. Group bus to Teotihuacan departs at 4:00 PM
January 1, 2023: Depart for Mexico City Airport at 11:00 AM (flights depart at 3:00 PM or later)
If you plan to spend extra nights at the hotel in Teotihuacan before or after the trip, you can book directly with the hotel.
If you are unable to schedule your flight arrival and departure to meet the group transportation schedule, you can arrange your ride between the airport and the hotel. The cost is generally $80 US depending on when you need the ride or party size.

Arrival To and Departure From Mexico City
If you are checking flights in order to attend this event and would like to be included in the transportation included in the trip price, you will need to arrive at Mexico City Airport (MEX) before 3:00 PM on December 28th and your departure flight should be after 3:00 PM on January 1st.
Our journey together begins in Mexico City, Mexico. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the Benito Juarez Mexico City airport (MEX). Once you arrive and pass through immigration and customs, we take care of getting you where you need to be!
From USA- Many airlines have direct flights from Los Angeles, Houston and New York to Mexico City including AeroMexico, Alaska, Volaris, Horizon, Delta, and United.
More options are available if connecting through another U.S. city.
From Europe- Most commercial airlines link Mexico directly to Europe. It is always worth comparing flight offers from air carriers who can bring you to Mexico City or Cancun via many European hubs, like Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid…..the flight duration from those cities is always approx. 11 hours (+ your connecting flight from home, if you do not board directly at the mentioned airports)
From Australia or New Zealand- Fly from either Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Auckland(NZ) direct to Los Angeles. Delta, Qantas, United, and V Australia offer non-stop air service from Australia to Los Angeles. Air New Zealand offers a one-stop air service from Australia and non-stop air service from Auckland to Los Angeles. Hawaiian Airlines and Air Tahiti Nui offer one- or two-stop air service to Los Angeles from Australia and New Zealand.
For your departure, airlines request to do the check-in 3hrs prior to the departure of international flights, and it takes one hour to get from the hotel to the airport during normal business hours. We ask you to schedule your flight back home after 3 PM, so we can leave the hotel at approx 11 AM.
An earlier flight will mean an extra cost for transportation to the airport. If you are unable to use group transportation, please indicate your situation on the trip application. One week before the event, we will send out a final transport list with more details.
Money
We recommend you exchange money at the airport. It is a good idea to have money changed from dollars to pesos while you wait for the group. There are several good exchange kiosks in the airport outside customs or you can withdraw pesos from the ATM.
You need about $30.00 US per day for food plus extra money for things you might like to bargain for and buy.
The exchange rate is 1USD= 20 pesos (August2020)
Please note that after breakfast we go out for the day and often do not get back to eat until after 3:00 PM. If you need to eat before then, make sure you have power bars, nuts, trail mix, or whatever you need to take care of your body! Also, note that purchasing water every day is a necessity since the water in Mexico is not drinkable

Daily Itinerary
If you notice, we never publish a detailed program schedule for any event. The reason is that our trip leaders teach from Spirit as it guides them, and that is always changing! Depending on the group energy, the program may shift in any direction. Please trust that magic will happen at every event and put your “voice of knowledge” and “need to know” at rest. Be assured that we have a wonderful journey planned for you.
